Tim Linnane is the Broker and Owner of Linnane Real Estate located in Boston's Back Bay. He started Linnane Real Estate in 2002 after working for another firm for only 1 year. Tim is a Boston native who has grown up in the city and by doing so, gives him not only close ties to many of the local neighborhoods, but tremendous knowledge & insight into all of Boston. Tim has over 21 years of experience of Sales and Leasing of Fine Homes & Luxury Condominiums.
In Boston's busy, aggressive and competitive real estate market, Tim goes the extra distance for all of his clients,gives them 1 on 1 attention, and pays close attention to the details of the transaction. Tim's loyalty to all of his valued clients makes him stand above all the many Brokers in Boston.
